Return and refund policy

Returns

You are eligible for return, replacement or refund if you have received incorrect item or if it arrives damaged.

You can return your item or we will replace your defective item within 60 days of delivery. If 60 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Engraved items can’t be returned, refunded or exchanged!

To complete your return, you’ll be asked to fill our Product Issue Form to provide us with a description of the issue, a photo or video of the item and the SKU.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the item, send us an email at support@allhewants.com. We will provide you with the return address in an email.

Return shipping costs

If you receive incorrect, defective or damaged item, the return shipping costs are to be paid by us. If you have another reason, different from the already mentioned ones, we have to inform you, that you will be responsible for paying the costs for returning your item. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping back an item over $50, you can consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
